11. Student attendance roll

This information applies to the application round for funding in 2022, which has now closed. Updated information will be provided shortly.

The CLS must keep accurate, dated records of student attendance each week.

The CLS must submit a copy of one class student attendance roll from the term preceding the application. Attendance rolls should be dated and include student names, teacher name and year level.

Instructions for submission

Please supply a copy of the student attendance roll for one class at one campus for Term 2 2021. The document must be submitted as a single PDF named “11_attendance.pdf”.
